We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance of your event. However, last-minute bookings are always possible. Contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

We deliver the products and install them exactly where you’d like them. We also will leave you with a trolley so you can manoeuvre them around as needed. Please let us know if there are any access difficulties (stairs, steep slopes, etc).

Full payment is required 24 hours prior to delivery of your products.

No. You will be charged a set fee for your 24-48 hour hire.

Our barrels can be hired for up to 48 hours. If you would like to hire any of our products for longer, please Contact Us to arrange a longer hire period.

You can change your order up to 48 hours before the event at no charge.

We will always endeavour to help you! Changing the hire date is no problem, however we ask you please give us 48 hours’ notice.

There is no charge for cancellation outside of 48 hours prior to your event.

Yes. A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to secure your booking. This is fully refundable up until 48 hours prior to the event.

We accept EFTPOS, bank transfer, PayPal and cash.

Most barrels are dropped off on the morning of the event. However, if you’d like them dropped off the night before event, we can arrange that for you.

We service Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. If you are outside of these areas, we can still help you! Please send us your location so we can include additional travel costs into our quote.

No, we will always deliver and pick up the barrels ourselves.
